Actually, I was looking for something similar. I have built a resume search engine that helps recruiters find resumes for free from the internet.
I was hoping to get some recruiting professionals to let me know what kind of features I could add to this search engine to really make it useful.
A recruiter needs to have a bandolier of tools, and I think I have the beginnings of something here that will prove to be an indispensible asset.
