Any chance that the book will be available on the Amazon Kindle? I notice it’s already available via PDF (and I’ve sent a sample chapter to my Kindle to see how it converts). But it’d be really handy if there was a Kindle-formatted version of it out there – either in Mobipocket format, or on the Kindle store itself.
