I really enjoyed your presentation at PMI SV last night. Thanks for doing it, Johanna!
(I hope this is an appropriate place to post this question?). I’m still wondering how I could sell upper management on agile development when they are still in the sequential development life cycle mode of thinking and want to know when we’re going to ship the product. Do you think you could discuss this in your blog?
Thanks again!
Since there are are many who donot know how to prepare the port folio. After reading this blog they really get the right strategy to prepare the portfolio.
Thanks
Damion
Hi Johanna,
I made a brief review of your wonderful book in my blog: http://giordano.scalzo.biz/2009/10/01/reviewing-manage-your-project-portfolio/
Thanks for your precious advices, I think it’s only way to inject professionality in an often extemporary role.
Regards
