If you asked me this question, I would be baffled about its meaning.

I assume the &quot;me&quot; in the question is the hiring manager. Do you mean, &quot;Tell me what you would produce that would help me achieve my objectives (which I, the hiring manager, have already shared with the you, the applicant)?</description>
