		<description>Feedback depends on the pair. I prefer short, verbal feedback (e.g., &quot;semicolon&quot;, &quot;that&#039;s off by one&quot;, &quot;that&#039;ll need a comment&quot;).
Some people I&#039;ve paired with prefer me to point quietly, so they can finish their current thought before having their attention redirected. (Putting fingerprints on someone else&#039;s monitor is poor pairing manners; we point with capped pens.)
Saying &quot;thanks&quot; or &quot;good catch&quot; is a nice social lubricant while pairing.</description>
