Uday, I'm glad you like the blogs.
The Hiring book is available in print from Dorset House (and Amazon, etc.). Here's the Dorset House link: http://www.dorsethouse.com/books/hire.html. Om Amazon, http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0932633595/rothmaconsulg-20
When Google invites me to speak in their tech talk series, I'm sure I will.

Picked up the pdf from Pragmatic. The print book is not yet available in India. Will pick it up as soon as it is.
Have only browsed through it but clearly it's a superb book! (Of course, I have a copy of "Behind Closed Doors" too)
Am a regular reader of both your blogs. They're great!
Is your earlier book on hiring geeks available in any form (print or pdf)?
Have listened to all your podcasts available on the web. (Israel etc.) When are you appearing at Google in their tech talks series?
Regards,
Uday Bhobe

Congratulations on the latest release of your "new" book: 'Manage It! Your Guide to Modern, Pragmatic Project Management'. Once again I am drawn in to learn from your experiences and here your insights on how things can really work in the real world.
As with your previous book, I am going to make my request again! I have a long commute (at least an hour each way) and I listen to audio books every day. I even have a subscription to Audible.com, which I use to purchase and download audio books on a regular basis.
I really, really want to buy your new book and I would like to get it in both audio and paperback format. The audio book is fantastic because I can listen to it on my way to and from work and the paperback or 'hard copy' will be used to "see" the figures/images/tables that you may reference in the book.
Please take this request to heart. I can tell you the main reason that I purchased the last book, Behind Closed Doors, was because I downloaded and listened to the sample of the book.
What do you think?
I have listened to you talk and I think you would actually do an excellent job of reading your own book. Your voice is nice and you definitely have good inflection (meaning you are not a monotone speaker and won't make the book sound like a user's manual, which could make me fall asleep while I'm driving). Furthermore, who best could put the emphasis in the right areas than the author?
