  1. I listened to the first part of the interview during today’s commute, and changed to a fresh set of batteries so that I can listen to part 2 tomorrow. Quite enjoyable. (And excellent sound quality.)

  2. There’s a lot of wonderful advice in the interview. One point that struck me as especially relevant to Agile methods was your choice of “worst mistake”. You didn’t mention a missed deadline, a blown budget, or a misunderstood customer requirement. Instead, you mentioned a thoughtless comment to a subordinate. To me, that really underscored the importance of the first principle of the Agile movement: We value people and interactions over processes and tools. Well done!
