I’m still wondering how I could sell upper management on agile development when they are still in the sequential development life cycle mode of thinking and want to know when we’re going to ship the product. Do you think you could discuss this in your blog?
Since there are are many who donot know how to prepare the port folio.After reading this blog they really get the right strategy to prepare the portfolio.
